Welcome to Zinq ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our service (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Notice of Non-Affiliation and Disclaimer: Zinq is an independent project and is not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or connected in any way with Laravel Livewire, which is copyrighted by Caleb Porzio. Additionally, Laravel is a registered trademark of Taylor Otwell, and Zinq operates entirely independently from it.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

  2. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

  3. License and Usage

    Zinq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our UI components and tools as per the purchased license plan. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the components without written permission from Zinq.

  4. Account Registration

    To access Zinq features, you are required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

  5. Payment and Refunds

    • Payment: Zinq offers various pricing plans. All fees are due in advance and are refundable within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, fees are generally non-refundable.
    • Refund Policy: We provide an immediate refund within 48 hours of purchase, no questions asked. Beyond this period, refunds are not typically offered, as Zinq provides digital products. If you wish to initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected].
  6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

    All content, code, and components in Zinq, including any modifications, enhancements, or derivatives, are the intellectual property of Zinq. You may not claim ownership or use Zinq’s branding without prior written permission.

  7. Restrictions on Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use Zinq components in a manner that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
    • Modify or reverse-engineer the Service or any components beyond what is permitted by law.
    • Share your login credentials with others or attempt to access another user’s account.
    • Redistribute Zinq components, use them in any open-source project, create a public repository containing Zinq components, or develop packages, libraries, or components using Zinq and distribute them separately.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Zinq is provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee that it will meet all your requirements or be available uninterrupted. We disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including those related to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zinq and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
